A skill that wasn't always appreciated when she returned to New Zealand.
With her Private Pilot's license in hand she wasn't ready to return to work, so she headed to Vancouver for six months, where she "discovered" coffee and hot spicy food-and learning to drive on the wrong side of the road. It was the most exhilarating-and terrifying-thing she has ever done. But it wasn't until eleven years ago that she started trying to sell her books.Īfter training and working in medical laboratories, Sue took six months out to learn to fly.
